Old Town Homes For Sale
Just because this is more of the shopping mecca and cultural center of the city, doesn’t mean there are no residential properties. You’ll find pockets of homes both north and south of the Interstate 40 but old town since primarily south of the interstate. The Plaza is in the middle and then it spreads out to a few commercial properties, residential homes, lots, and parcels.
To the west of the Rio Grande Blvd. NW. you’ll find a few pockets of residential neighborhoods with homes and lots between $50,000 and $250,000. Albuquerque’s North Valley is also close by so a lot of the neighborhoods blend into this region as well. While Old Town is a smaller district bordered by state Route 66, Mountain Rd., Northwest, Rio Grande Blvd. NW. and Old Town Rd., Northwest, pockets of residential communities, homes, and authentic New Mexican architecture is seen surrounding this popular Albuquerque neighborhood.

Residents of the Old Town community are typically zoned for the Reginald Chavez Elementary school, Washington middle school, and the Albuquerque high school. These schools are no more than 1 to 2 miles from most homes surrounding Old Town.
